摘要
通对视障人群饮水过程中的行为进行分析,解决其在使用饮水产品时的交互问题。利用用户旅程图分析得到问题点,并通过AHP法得出视障者在选择饮水产品时的不同需求权重值,以作为设计实践的基础,结合听觉、触觉认知反馈展开设计实践。通过多感官通道反馈,增加视障者接受认知信息的通道,为视障人群使用饮水产品提供交互引导,提高这一行为的安全性。
By analyzing the behavior of visually impaired individuals during drinking water,we aim to address their interaction issues when using drinking water products.Using user journey graph analysis to identify problem points,and using AHP method to determine the different weight values of visually impaired individuals when choosing drinking water products,as the basis for design practice,combined with auditory and tactile cognitive feedback to carry out design practice.By providing feedback through multiple sensory channels,increasing the channels for visually impaired individuals to receive cognitive information,providing interactive guidance for visually impaired individuals to use drinking water products,and improving the safety of this behavior.
