摘要
随着矿山工作环境的复杂性和机械设备数量的增加,矿山机械设备的安全管理变得尤为关键。矿山机械设备的安全管理涉及到设备的安全操作、维护和检修,以及员工的安全培训和意识提升。矿山行业是一个高风险行业,机械设备事故频发,由于设备操作不当、维修不及时、缺乏培训等原因,机械故障、设备爆炸和人员伤亡等事故频繁发生。并且矿山机械设备事故往往造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,员工受伤和死亡不仅对个人和家庭造成了巨大的影响,也对矿山企业产生了经济和声誉上的损失。随着科技的不断进步,矿山机械设备的种类和功能也在不断增加和更新,新型机械设备的引入和使用需要更加严格的安全管理措施和操作规程。所以本研究致力于提出有效的安全管理措施和政策,减少事故发生,保障矿工的人身安全和矿山企业的可持续发展。
With the complexity of mining working environments and the increase in the number of mechanical equipment,the safetymanagement of mining machinery and equipment has become particularly crucial.The safety management of mining machinery and equipment involves the safe operation,maintenance,and repair of equipment,as well as safety training and awareness enhancement for employees.The mining industry is a high-risk industry with frequent mechanical equipment accidents.Due to improper equipment operation,untimely maintenance,lack of training,and other reasons,accidents such as mechanical failures,equipment explosions,and casualties occur frequently.Mining machinery and equipment accidents often cause serious casualties and property losses.Employee injuries and deaths not only have a huge impact on individuals and families,but also have economic and reputationallosses for mining enterprises.With the continuous progress of technology,the types and functions of mining machinery and equipment are also increasing and updating.The introduction and use of new types of machinery and equipment require stricter safetymanagement measures and operating procedures.Therefore,this study aims to propose effective safety management measures and policies toreduce accidents,ensure the personal safety of miners,and ensure the sustainable development of mining enterprises.
