摘要
目的 探究噪声作业环境对工作人员听力职业健康体检结果的影响。方法 选取2022年1-10月在本单位体检中心接受职业健康体检的噪声作业工作人员共计83例,均作为此次研究对象。所有研究对象均开展听力职业健康体检,医护人员统计和分析相关体检结果。结果 本组83例工作人员中,23例发生听力损伤,检出率高达27.71%,其中男性20例(36.36%),女性3例(10.71%);整合分析体检结果发现,工作人员年龄、工龄和性别是听力损伤的发生原因,一般男性工作者年龄较大,工龄时间较长,听力损伤的发生风险较高。结论 噪声作业环境会在一定程度上损伤工作人员听力,特别是年龄大、工龄久的男性工作者,建议加强听力职业健康体检工作,及时发现工作者异常状况,并尽早治疗,适当减弱噪声,保证工作人员的健康。
Objective To explore effect of noise working environment on hearing occupational health examinations of workers.Methods The paper chose 83 noise workers with occupational health examinations in physical examination center of our unit from Ja nuary to October 2022 as study subjects,with hearing occupational health examinations,collected and analyzed examinations results.Results According to analysis of physical examination results,out of 83 staff members in the group,a total of 23 workers had hearing loss,with detection rate of 27.71%,including 20 males(36.36%)and 3 females(10.71%).Integrated analysis of physical examination found,age,length of service and gender of the staff was causes of hearing loss.Generally,male workers were older with longer length of service,higher risk of hearing loss.Conclusion Noise working environment may damage hearing of workers to some certain extent,especially male older workers with long working age.It is suggested to strengthen hearing occupational health examination,find out abnormal conditions of workers in time and treat them as soon as possible,reduce noise appropriately and ensure health of workers.
