诊断糖尿病时应用尿液检验和生化检验的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨对糖尿病患者分别实施尿液检验以及生化检验后获得临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年11月淄博市中心医院82例疑似糖尿病患者作为研究对象。所有疑似糖尿病患者将口服糖耐量实验、糖耐量检查、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test, OGTT)作为金标准。在此基础上,针对所有患者合理展开常规尿液检验以及生化检验,对两种方法诊断糖尿病的诊断效能展开对比。结果 对所有疑似糖尿病患者实施糖耐量实验、糖耐量检查、OGTT试验发现,阳性患者50例,阴性患者32例;实施常规尿液检验后,阳性患者40例,阴性患者42例;实施生化检验后,阳性患者49例,阴性患者33例。所有疑似糖尿病患者完成常规尿液检验后,诊断特异度为68.75%,敏感度为60.00%,准确度为63.41%,所有疑似糖尿病患者完成生化检验后,诊断特异度为96.88%,敏感度为96.00%,准确度为96.34%,生化检验诊断疑似糖尿病患者的敏感度、特异度以及准确度同常规尿液检验比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.891、18.881、27.655,P<0.05)。结论临床对糖尿病患者在实施疾病诊断期间,尿液检验方式以及生化检验方式均获得一定程度应用。同常规诊断方式比较,生化检验方式的应用准确性更高,可将诊断效能显著提高。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of urine tests and biochemical tests on diabetic patients.Meth⁃ods 82 patients with suspected diabetes in Zibo Central Hospital from February 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.All suspected diabetic patients took oral glucose tolerance test,glucose tolerance test,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)as the gold standard.On this basis,routine urine tests and biochemical tests should be carried out reasonably for all patients.The diagnostic efficiency of the two methods for diagnosing diabetes was com⁃pared.Results The glucose tolerance test,glucose tolerance test,and OGTT test were conducted on all suspected dia⁃betic patients and found that 50 patients were positive and 32 were negative.After routine urine testing was con⁃ducted,40 patients were positive and 42 were negative.After the implementation of biochemical tests,49 patients were positive and 33 were negative.After all patients with suspected diabetes completed the routine urine test,the di⁃agnostic specificity was 68.75%,the sensitivity was 60.00%,and the accuracy was 63.41%.After all patients with sus⁃pected diabetes completed biochemical tests,the diagnostic specificity was 96.88%,the sensitivity was 96.00%,and the accuracy was 96.34%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of suspected diabetes patients were significantly different from those of routine urine tests,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ2=8.891,18.881,27.655,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of diabetes patients,both urine testing methods and biochemical testing methods have been used to a certain extent.Compared with conventional diag⁃nostic methods,biochemical testing methods are more accurate and can significantly improve diagnostic efficiency.
