摘要
文体分类是中国古代文学理论的重要组成部分,是一个时代对文学的认识方式。“杂文”是应文体分类需要而被有意创造出来的功能性类别,往往包含着无法被收入正统文体的作品,因而由这一特殊的文体出发,能够从与正体、常体相反的另一面,观照当时的文学发展状况。《文心雕龙·杂文》篇是中国古代文学史上对“杂文”文体第一次理论性的概述,由此出发能够进一步探究刘勰如何构建《文心雕龙》“体大而虑周”的理论体系,以及魏晋南北朝时期的文体从自发走向自觉的发展过程、文学与文学理论变迁的规律等等。
Genre classifi cation is an important part of ancient Chinese literary theory and a way of understanding literature in an era.As a functional category created intentionally for the needs of genre classifi cation,essays,often contain works that cannot be included in the Orthodox style;therefore,from this special style,the development of literature at that time can be observed from the opposite side of the normal style and the orthodox style.The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons is the fi rst theoretical summary of the essays in the history of ancient Chinese literature;from this point of view,it can be further explored how Liu Xie constructs the theoretical system of“big capacity while considering thoroughly”,as well as the development of literary style towards consciousness from spontaneity,the law of change for literature and literary theory of during the Wei,Jin and northern and Southern dynasties,and so on.
