摘要
前置式蒸汽冷却器是电站回热系统中的一个重要设备,位于回热系统中给水流程的最后一级,它利用中压抽汽的过热度加热给水,进一步提高进入省煤器的给水温度。其正常运行时壳侧无液位,它的疏水方式、泄漏检测与常规的高压加热器不同。本文阐述了前置式蒸汽冷却器管系泄漏的类型和危急疏水排放类型,结合前置式蒸汽冷却器运行特点,提出了采用温差检测换热管泄漏的方法,简述了温差检测管系泄漏的原理,组成和优点。
The front steam cooler is an important equipment in the regenerative system of power station.It is located in the last stage of the feed water flow in the regenerative system.It uses the superheat of Medium-pressure extraction steam to heat the feed water.In normal operation,there is no drain in the shell,and its drainage mode and pipeline leakage detection are different from high-pressure heaters.The article describes the types of tubes leakage and emergency drainage of the pre-steam cooler.Combined with the operation characteristics of the front steam cooler,the method of detecting the tubes leakage by using temperature difference is proposed.The principle,composition and advantages of the method are briefly described.
