摘要
非营利组织和营利组织的一个显著的差异在于,非营利组织拥有更多至关重要的关系网络,然而我们对这样的关系网络还了解甚微。文章采用多案例分析的方法,研究中国基金会的连锁理事网络的发展情况和组织影响,以探究中国基金会连锁理事现象及其对社会发展的意义。研究发现,案例基金会存在明显的连锁理事现象,连锁理事网络对基金会的资金募集和公益项目合作具有重要影响,是提升组织绩效的关键途径。这些基金会通过连锁理事网络互相联系,形成自主行动能力,从而有效推动了基金会的发展。在共同富裕美好社会建设的背景下,论文研究为深化认识基金会发展规律、理解公益慈善发展的网络机制提供了新的视角。
A fundamental distinction between non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations is that the former have more intricate relationship networks,yet we still know very little about such networks.This paper investigates the inter-organizational networks of Chinese foundations and its organizational impact through an exploratory multi-case analysis,with the aim of uncovering the phenomenon of interlocking directorate networks in China and its implications for social development.According to the study,there is a distinct interlocking directorate in the case foundations,and this network of interlocking directorate has a big impact on how well the foundations'charitable programs are funded and collaborated,which is an important factor in enhancing organizational performance.Through the interlocking directorate network,these foundations are linked together,forming an independent action capacity that effectively encourages the growth of the foundations.The thesis research offers a fresh perspective for improving comprehension of the law of foundation development and comprehending the network mechanism of public charity development in the context of building a better society for common prosperity.
