摘要
通流改造机组轴系设计中,在原基础上的找中设计直接关乎汽轮机轴系运行稳定性。以泰州超超临界1000MW改造汽轮机组为研究对象,深入研究了轴承形式、轴承冷热态标高变化对机组轴系的影响,针对汽轮机组轴系稳定性、轴承标高及轴承载荷进行详细分析。
In the shafting design of flow passage retrofitted units,the alignment design based on the original basis is directly related to the operating stability of the turbine shafting.In this paper,Taizhou ultra supercritical 1000MW steam turbine unit is taken as the research object,and the influence of bearing type,bearing cold-hot elevation changes on the unit shafting is deeply studied.The stability of shafting,bearing elevation and bearing load of the turbine unit are analyzed in detail.
