摘要
数字经济在全球范围内迅速发展,中国自贸区主动利用数字技术赋能自身发展,因此,研究数字经济对自贸区发展的作用,明晰其影响机制,对高效推进数字经济助力中国自贸区发展具有重要现实意义。从自贸区的金融开放创新、贸易便利化、政府职能转变和投资管理体制改革四大职能角度实证分析数字经济对中国自贸区发展的影响机制,结果显示:数字经济在我国自贸区建设中发挥了显著积极作用,具体表现在数字经济不同程度地推动自贸区金融开放创新、贸易便利化、政府职能转变和投资管理体制改革。因此,未来自贸区应该从加强金融风险数字化防控体系建设、创新供应链金融服务模式、打造自贸区数字金融开放创新发展高地、完善数字基础设施建设方面提升自贸区建设水平。
With the rapid development of digital economy in the world,China's free trade area takes the initiative to use digital technology to empower its own development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the effect of digital economy on the development of free trade area and clarify its impact mechanism,which is of great practical significance to effectively promote the digital economy to help the development of China's free trade area.The impact mechanism of digital economy on the development of China's free trade area was empirically analyzed from the perspective of four functions:financial opening and innovation,trade facilitation,transformation of government function and investment management system reform.The results showed that:the digital economy has played a significant positive role in the construction of China's free trade area,which is reflected in the digital economy's promotion of financial opening and innovation,trade facilitation,transformation of government functions and investment management system reform to varying degrees.Therefore,the future free trade area should enhance the level of free trade area construction from strengthening the construction of digital financial risk prevention and control system,innovating the financial service model of supply chain,creating the free trade area digital financial opening and innovation development highland,and improving the construction of digital infrastructure.
