摘要
BIM技术作为一种数据化管理工具,具有模拟精度高、协调能力强、可视化性能好等特点,广泛应用在项目实施过程中。EPC总承包管理模式将设计施工一体化,改变了传统实施模式,将BIM技术在项目运用难度加大。为了探究BIM技术在EPC项目中的应用,以广东省南沙区某医院项目为例,围绕项目设计阶段和施工阶段,分别运用BIM技术进行模型协同化设计、辅助深化设计、碰撞检查、施工平面布置、施工方案交底、建立施工工艺模型以及综合支吊架设计等,结果表明,在EPC项目中采用BIM技术加强了项目管理,提高了设计效率和施工质量,有效缩短了工期,避免了返工问题。
As a data management tool,BIM technology has the characteristics of high simulation accuracy,strong coordination ability,and good visualization performance,and is widely used in the process of project implementation.The EPC general contract management mode integrates design and construction,changes the traditional implementation mode,and makes it more difficult to use BIM technology in projects.In order to explore the application of BIM technology in EPC projects,taking a hospital in Nansha District,Guangdong Province as an example,focusing on the project design stage and construction stage,BIM technology is used to carry out model collaborative design,auxiliary detailed design,collision inspection,and construction layout.The results show that the use of BIM technology in the EPC project strengthens the project management,improves the design efficiency and construction quality,effectively shortens the construction period,and avoids the problem of rework.
