摘要
为了把现场施工作业面转向由工厂内部完成,以施工现场干作业代替湿作业,尽可能地减少再次加工,从源头上把施工现场的污染和浪费降到最低,将收集的设计参数、厂家接洽数据汇总到创新平台,为装饰装修部品进行加工、制作、安装提供合理的标准、要求、流程。结果表明:把大多数的非标准化产品和现场加工品用标准化、模块化、通用化的量化生产部品替换掉,能全面有效地提高施工质量、加快施工工期、降低总体施工成本。研究成果表示该技术有效解决室内装修装配式安装施工过程中的困难与相关技术难题,满足施工要求。
In order to shift the site construction work to be completed by the plant,the construction site dry work instead of wet work,as much as possible to reduce reprocessing,from the source to minimize the pollution and waste on the construction site.Collect the design parameters and manufacturer contact data to the innovation platform to provide reasonable standards,requirements and processes for the processing,production and installation of decoration parts.The results show that the quality of construction can be improved,the overall construction cost can be reduced,and the construction period can be accelerated effectively by replacing most of the non-standardized products and on-site processed products with standardized,modular and universal quantitative production parts.The research results show that the technology effectively solves the difficulties and related technical problems in the process of interior decoration assembly installation and construction,and meets the construction requirements.
