摘要
探析人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用及有效性。选取2021年8月—2022年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院心理医学中心收治的106例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各53例。对照组实施常规护理方法,实验组实施人文关怀护理方法。比较两组的护理依从性、满意率及护理前后临床有关指标。结果显示,实验组护理依从性为90.57%,对照组护理依从性为71.70%,实验组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组满意率为100%,对照组满意率为77.36%,实验组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组临床有关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验组临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,恢复期精神分裂症患者接受人文关怀护理干预方式后可获得更为理想的效果。
Exploring the application and effectiveness of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia.106 patients with schizophrenia admitted to The Psychological Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 53 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing methods,while the experimental group implemented humanistic care nursing methods.Compare the nursing compliance,satisfaction rate,and clinical related indicators before and after nursing between the two groups.The results showed that the nursing compliance of the experimental group was 90.57%,while the nursing compliance of the control group was 71.70%.The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100%,while the satisfaction rate of the control group was 77.36%.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no statistically signifi cant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that patients with convalescent schizophrenia can achieve more ideal results after receiving humanistic care interventions.
