摘要
探究手术室优质护理配合方案在胆结石腹腔镜患者手术治疗中的应用价值。选取纳雍县人民医院普外科2022年2月—2023年4月收治的92例胆结石腹腔镜患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。观察组患者采取手术室优质护理干预,对照组患者采取常规护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。研究发现,在胆结石腹腔镜患者护理干预过程中,运用手术室优质护理干预可有效降低患者并发症发生率,改善患者围术期指标,患者护理满意度高,值得推广。
Exploring the application value of high-quality nursing cooperation plans in the operating room for laparoscopic treatment of gallstone patients.92 laparoscopic patients with gallstones admitted to the General Surgery Department of Nayong County People’s Hospital from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The observation group patients received high-quality nursing interventions in the operating room,while the control group patients received routine nursing interventions.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that in the nursing intervention process of laparoscopic patients with gallstones,the use of high-quality nursing interventions in the operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve perioperative indicators,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing,which is worth promoting.
