摘要
静止的神经干细胞在受到一定条件的刺激下可以被再激活,重新进入细胞分裂周期,产生新的神经元,为神经系统障碍疾病的细胞治疗带来前景。文中就神经干细胞再激活的外部刺激、内在调控因素以及对神经系统障碍疾病的修复治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
The quiescent neural stem cells(NSCs)can be reactivated under the stimulation of certain conditions to re-enter the cell division cycle and generate new neurons,which brings prospects for the cell therapy of nervous system disorders.The research progress on the external stimulation,internal regulatory factors of NSCs reactivation and the repair and treatment of neurological disorders were reviewed.
