摘要 文中研制了一种W波段十二通道直接检波式辐射计前端,该辐射计前端将矩形喇叭天线、低噪声放大器、检波器以及积分放大电路集成在一个模块,整个模块体积为66 mm×67 mm×49 mm,具有高集成度和小型化的特点。该辐射计前端在积分放大部分通过调整各支路的放大倍数,使得每个通道最终输出电压相对稳定和一致,输出电压范围为4.11 V~4.36 V。同时,各通道检波器灵敏度在75 GHz~100 GHz范围内最高达1200 mV/mW,辐射计温度灵敏度达0.39 K。该多通道辐射计具有宽带高灵敏度、高集成度、低功耗等特点。 A W-band 12-channel direct check front end radiometer which integrates rectangular horn antenna,low noise amplifier,detector and integrated amplifier circuit is developed in this paper.The volume of the whole module is 66 mm×67 mm×49 mm,which has the characteristics of high integration and miniaturization.The front end of the radiometer is mostly positioned at the integral discharge by adjusting the amplifications of each channel so that the final output voltage of each channel is relatively stable and consistent,with an output voltage range of 4.11 V~4.36 V.Meanwhile,the sensitivity of each channel detector is up to 1200 mV/mW,radiometer temperature sensitivity of 0.39 K in the range of 75 GHz~100 GHz.The multi-channel radiometer has the characteristics of broadband high sensitivity,high integration and low power consumption.
