通过手卫生预防医疗保健相关感染的策略:中美规范比较 被引量:5

Strategies for prevention of healthcare-associated infections by hand hygiene:comparative study on norms between China and the United States

摘要 医务人员(HCP)的手在日常工作中受到污染的概率极高,易成为传播病原体的重要媒介.因此,手卫生一直是医疗机构感染预防的基本组成部分,是预防医疗保健相关感染(HAIs)最重要、最经济、最有效和最方便的措施之一.2022年,美国多个学术组织,医疗保健流行病学协会(SHEA)、感染病协会(IDSA)、感染控制和流行病学专业人员协会(APIC)及医院协会(AHA)等联合对2014年发布的《通过手卫生预防医疗保健相关感染的策略》予以更新.本文通过对该更新指南与《医务人员手卫生规范》(WS/T 313-2019)进行对比解读,并综合国内外相关研究探寻医务人员手卫生最优解,为临床实践提供参考,切实提高医务人员手卫生依从性,降低HAIs的发生风险. The hands of healthcare personnel(HCP)tend to be an important medium for the transmission of pathogens due to the high probability of contamination in daily work.Therefore,hand hygiene has always been a fundamental component of prevention of infection in medical institutions,and it is one of the most important,economical,effective and convenient measures to prevent the healthcare-associated infections(HAIs).In 2022,the Strategies to Prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections in Acute Care Hospitals through Hand Hygiene that was issued in 2014 was updated by a group of American academic organizations such as the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America(SHEA),the Infectious Diseases Society of America(IDSA),the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology(APIC)and the American Hospital Association(AHA).The updated guidelines were interpreted by comparing with Norms for Hand Hygiene of Health Care Workers(WS/T 313-2019),the optimal solutions for hand hygiene were sought by review of related researches in China and abroad so as to provide guidance for clinical practice,improve the hand hygiene compliance of the health care workers and reduce the risk of HAIs.
