摘要
新时代高校诚信文化教育常态化的实质是明确诚信文化的内涵与外延,并将其作为高校常态化教育的主要内容推广开来,形成诚信文化常态化教育体系。其特点是具有传承性与现代性、日常性与合理性、长期性与反复性,其价值表现在诚信文化教育常态化是促进社会信用体系良性生态循环发展的内在要求,是培养民族复兴大任的时代新人的现实需要,是增强文化自信自强的必然选择。高校诚信文化教育常态化面临的困境有常态化制度缺失、教育边缘化、内容模糊、缺乏科学的课程体系等。基于此,深入推进高校诚信文化常态化教育应从以下四个方面入手:推进常态化制度建设,确立常态化教育理念,明确常态化教育内容,建立常态化课程体系,构建四位一体的诚信文化常态化教育体系。
The essence of normalizing credit culture education in colleges and universities in the new era is to clarify the connotation and extension of credit culture,and promote it as the main content of normal education in colleges and universities,so as to form a normal credit culture education system.It is characterized by inheritance and modernity,routine and rationality,long-term and repeatability,and its value is reflected in that the normalization of integrity culture education is an inherent requirement for promoting the development of a benign ecological cycle of the social credit system,a practical need for training new people in the era of national rejuvenation,and an inevitable choice for enhancing cultural self-confidence and self-improvement.The difficulties facing the normalization of honesty culture education in colleges and universities include the lack of normal system,the marginalization of education,the ambiguity of content and the lack of scientific curriculum system.Based on this,in-depth promotion of the normal education of integrity culture in colleges and universities should start from the following four aspects:promoting the construction of the normal system,establishing the normal education concept,clarifying the normal education content,establishing the normal curriculum system,and building a four-in-one normal education system of integrity culture.
