摘要
分析了运输线转台经常出现故障的原因,根据转台液压系统的工作原理,梳理存在的问题,通过局部改造,增加减压阀进行稳压,溢流阀进行超限控制,并调整比例阀控制参数,实现转台液压系统控制稳定,减少了转台故障,提高了转台运行效率,实现了运输线效率的大幅提升。
This study analyses the reason of frequent failures of transport line turntable.According to the working principle of the hydraulic system of turntable,it sort out the existing problems,add pressure reducing valve to stabilize pressure,use overflow valve to control the overrunning and adjust proportional valve to match the parameter,hydraulic system of turntable achieved control stability by partial innovation,reduce faults and improve operating efficiency,the efficiency of transport line has been greatly improved.
