低碳钢薄板坯连铸连轧拉曼光谱试验研究

摘要 薄板坯连铸连轧技术具有高效、节能、环保等特点,其低成本、高性能的生产模式,满足了新时代社会发展对材料、技术、成本环境环境等方面的严格要求。本文以安钢薄板坯连铸连轧技术生产的低碳钢为研究材料,通过向钢中是否加入硼元素,对试样进行了拉曼光谱试验分析,结果表明:AlN粒子在薄板坯连铸连轧技术生产的无硼低碳钢中沿晶界析出,而AlN粒子在在薄板坯连铸连轧技术生产的含硼低碳钢中沿晶界和晶体内部都有析出,无硼低碳钢退火板织构优于含硼低碳钢。 The technology of thin slab continuous casting and rolling is characterized by high efficiency,energy-saving and environmental protection,and the production mode of low-cost and high-performance meets the strict requirements of the social development of the new times on material,technology,cost and environment.In this paper,the low carbon steel based on the technology of thin slab continuous casting and rolling produced by Anyang Steel Works is used as the research material,the experimental analysis on Raman spectrum is performed by adding element boron to test sample or not adding element boron to test sample.The results show that the AlN particles are precipitated along grain boundary in annealed low carbon steel without B produced by continuous casting and rolling,and the AlN particles are precipitated both along the grain boundary and inside the crystal in annealed low carbon steel containing-B produced by continuous casting and rolling.The texture of boron free low-carbon steel annealing plate is better than that of boron containing low-carbon steel.
