摘要
针对高碳合金钢炼钢工艺不稳定的问题,采用跟踪排查、定点监测、规范操作、控制物料成分、优化炼钢工艺等手段系统研究了不同流程中钢水成分、温度和周期的变化规律,确定了影响高碳合金钢加工性能和产品质量波动的关键工艺参数,建立了以高拉碳、强脱氧、均搅拌、精操作为工艺特色的钢-渣-气-料恒通量技术体系,提出了LD→LF→VD→CC炼钢全流程、多维度、跨界面的控制策略。
In response to the unstable steelmaking process of high carbon alloy steel,a systematic study was conducted on the changes in steel composition,temperature,and cycle in different processes using methods such as tracking and investigation,fixed-point monitoring,standardized operation,control of material composition,and optimization of steelmaking process.The key process parameters that affect the processing performance and product quality fluctuations of high carbon wear-resistant steel were determined,and a system was established to achieve high carbon catch,strong deoxidation,uniform stirring The steel-slag-gas-material constant flux technology system with precision operation as a process characteristic has proposed a control strategy for the LD→LF→VD→CC steelmaking,which has characteristics of entire process,multi-dimensional and cross interface.
