摘要
“互联网+”对高校、教师、学生及教学方式、手段都产生了巨大影响。公安院校作为高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,面对“互联网+”的时代变革及公安行业需求的变化,有必要建立面向未来的融合型公安人才培养新模式。这是适应社会发展形势的需要,也是贯彻落实国家教育发展战略的需要,更是公安院校实现自身内涵式发展的必由之路。为此,要推进人才培养体系创新,推进公安学科交叉融合,打造基于“互联网+”的在线课程体系,探索“1+X”的专业培养模式,为融合型公安人才的培养提供机制保障、体系支撑。同时,公安院校要厘清教学与科研的关系,回归以本科教学为核心的办学初心,从根本上助推融合型人才培养模式内涵式发展。
The technology of“Internet+”has a tremendous impact on universities,teachers,students,teaching methods,teaching tools,etc.As an important part of the higher education system,public security colleges need to establish an integrated talent cultivation mode facing the change of“Internet+”era and industry demand.This is a need to adapt to the social development situation,implement the national education development strategy,as well as the only way for public security colleges to achieve their own connotative development.Therefore,it is necessary to provide a mechanism guarantee and system support for the cultivation of integrated public security talents by promoting the innovation of the talent cultivation system,enhancing the cross-fertilization of public security disciplines,creating an online course system based on“Internet+”,and exploring the“1+X”mode of professional training.Meanwhile,public security colleges should clarify the relationship between teaching and scientific research,return to the original intention of running a school with the core of undergraduate teaching,and fundamentally promote the conformal development of the integrated talent cultivation mode.
