摘要
实战化实验教学是提高公安专业学生实战能力的有效途径,也是公安院校教育面临的重大挑战。分析爆炸现场勘验实验教学现状发现,教学目标、实验资源、实训内容、教学模式等制约了实验教学效果。因此,为了培养应用创新型警务人才,需要明确公安实战需求,优化实验项目、教学过程、实验内容等要素,构建虚实结合的实战化实验课程体系,以提高预备警官的实战素养和价值理念,为公安机关储备实战能力过硬的高素质专业技术人才。
Practical experimental teaching is an effective path to improve the crime scene investigation capability of public security students,but also a significant challenge for the police security education.Analyzing the experimental teaching situation of the explosion scene investigation,it was found that the experimental teaching effect had been constrained by teaching objectives,experimental resources,practical training content and teaching modes.Therefore,in order to meet practical demands and cultivate applied innovative talents,it is necessary to clarify the practical needs,optimize the elements of experimental projects,teaching processes,experimental contents,and construct a practical experimental course system composed of entity experiments and virtual simulation experiments.This course system can assist police cadets to gain practical skills and values,and also is of great helpful in reserving competent technical talents for the public security organs of China.
