摘要
通过BIM技术模拟管桩在溶洞地质中不同位置情况,采用引孔沉桩法施工预制管桩以解决管桩的施工问题,然后采用长螺旋引孔和潜孔锤破岩施工技术和带锯齿状桩靴和预制的高强混凝土薄壁钢管桩施工技术解决溶洞地质中岩面不平整导致的桩端滑移、断桩问题,提高成桩的质量和确保基础的安全。
The BIM technology is used to simulate the different positions of pipe piles in the karst cave geology.The prefabricated pipe piles are constructed by the method of leading hole and sinking piles to solve the construction problems of pipe piles.Then the long spiral leading hole and down the hole hammer rock breaking construction technology and the construction technology of high-strength concrete thin-walled steel pipe piles with serrated pile shoes and prefabrication are used to solve the problems of pile tip sliding and pile breaking caused by the uneven rock surface in the karst cave geology,improve the quality of pile formation and ensure the safety of the foundation.
