摘要
目的探讨经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)后患者接受医院-社区-家庭分段式康复策略的效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年5月宜春市人民医院心血管内科收治的40例PCI患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机数法分为对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=20),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用医院-社区-家庭分段式康复策略。比较两组的健康行为、生活质量情况。结果观察组的健康行为调查问卷中的并发症管理、药物管理、运动、营养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的西雅图心绞痛问卷量表(SAQ)中的治疗满意度、疾病认知程度、心绞痛稳定性、躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛发作频率评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭分段式康复策略应用于PCI术后患者中,可改善其健康行为及心理健康状态,提高术后生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of hospital-community-home segmented rehabilitation strategy after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Forty PCI patients admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Yichun People's Hospital from February 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20)according to computer random number method.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the observation group used hospital-community-home segmented rehabilitation strategy.The health behaviors and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of complications management,drug management,exercise and nutrition in the health behavior questionnaire of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of treatment satisfaction,disease cognition,angina stability,physical activity limitation and angina attack frequency in the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital-community-home segmented rehabilitation strategy in patients after PCI can improve their health behavior and mental health,and improve their quality of life.
