摘要
目的探究国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC)控糖助手对社区糖尿病(DM)合并高血压(HTN)患者血糖、血压及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月南昌市第三医院收治的128例社区DM合并HTN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组(64例,常规健康管理)和观察组(64例,常规组基础上运用MMC控糖助手)。比较两组干预前后的血糖、血压及生活质量。结果两组患者干预前的血糖、血压、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者干预后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平及糖尿病生活质量量表(DQOL)评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 h INS)、空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后2 h C肽(2 h CP)水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMC控糖助手可以对社区DM合并HTN患者进行有效健康管理,利于患者控制血糖、血压水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of the glucose-control assistant from national standardization metabolic management center(MMC)on blood glucose,blood pressure and quality of life of community patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and hypertension(HTN).Methods A total of 128 community patients with DM and HTN who were admitted to Nanchang Third Hospital from January to December 2021 were divided into the routine group(64 cases,routine health management)and the observation group(64 cases,glucose-control assistant from MMC on the basis of routine health management)according to random number table method.Blood glucose,blood pressure and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were comparatively analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in blood glucose,blood pressure or quality of life between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and the diabetes quality of life(DQOL)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting insulin(FINS),2 h insulin(2 h INS),fasting C-peptide(FCP)and 2 h C-peptide(2 h CP)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The glucose-control assistant from MMC can help to effectively manage community patients with DM and HTN,which is beneficial to control the patients'blood glucose and blood pressure and improve quality of life.
