摘要
通用处理模块(General Processing Module,GPM)是集成模块化系统的核心,用于实现系统的数据处理功能。GPM的可靠性是保证其效能的前提和基础,应与功能、性能等技术指标一样在模块研制过程中予以重视,为此很有必要开展GPM故障模式与影响分析。研究了故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)的分析方法及流程,以GPM中的电源管理单元为例,对其进行功能FMEA技术的应用研究,识别故障模式及设计中的薄弱环节,优化设计方案,提高GPM的可靠性和安全性,为后续机载产品开展FMEA工作提供参考。
The general processing module is the core of the integrated modular system,which is used to realize the data processing function of the system.The reliability of the general processing module is the premise and foundation to ensure its performance,and it should be paid attention to in the module development process as well as the technical indicators such as function and performance.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the analysis and research on the failure mode and impact of the general processing module.This paper studies the analysis method and process of FMEA.Taking the power management unit in the general processing module as an example,the application research of functional FMEA technology is carried out to identify the fault mode and the weak link in the design,and the design scheme is optimized to improve the reliability and safety of the GPM module.It provides reference for the FMEA work of subsequent airborne products.
