摘要 针对航空发动机维修生产线生产效率较低的问题,考虑航空发动机大修工序间关系复杂度高、动态性及工时不确定等特点,采用Plant Simulation生产系统仿真软件对大修生产线建立仿真模型。在对工序流程、维修区域和工时等分析的基础上,通过仿真模型对26个维修工序工位从堵塞时间、工作时间和等待时间3个方面进行分析,识别得出叶轮性能恢复、涡轮转子性能恢复和试车3个瓶颈工序。对不同影响因素开展仿真优化与敏感性分析,得出瓶颈工序的优化措施及效果评价。 Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency of aero-engine maintenance production line,the Plant Simulation system simulation software was used to complete the simulation modeling of the overhaul production line in combination with the characteristics of the inter-process relationship and the uncertain working hours of aero-engine overhaul.Then the simulation model was used to simulate the maintenance production line,and the 26 maintenance process stations were analyzed from three aspects:clogging time,working time,and waiting time,and three bottleneck processes were identified,namely,impeller performance recovery,turbine rotor performance recovery and test run.Finally,using the simulation model,different improvement measures were analyzed by simulation,and the priority of optimal solutions was identified.
