摘要
科学家精神是中国几代科技工作者在长期筚路蓝缕的科学实践中积累的伟大精神,蕴藏着丰富的思政资源和育人价值,用科学家精神感召青年大学生投身科学事业、勇攀科技高峰是当前教育工作的重点内容。文章从应用型本科院校的使命与责任入手,阐述了科学家精神融入应用型本科院校教育的必要性。基于河北省七所应用型本科院校科学家精神培育现状的分析,针对存在的问题,提出了应对策略,给出了应用型本科院校科学家精神培育的实施路径。
The spirit of scientists is the precious spiritual wealth condensed by the vast number of scientific and technological workers in the long-term scientific practice,contains rich ideological and political resources and educational value,and using the spirit of scientists to inspire young college students to devote themselves to scientific undertakings and bravely climb the peak of science and technology is the key content of current educational work.Starting from the mission and responsibility of application-oriented institutes,this paper expounds the necessity of integrating the spirit of scientists into the education of application-oriented institutes.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of the spirit of scientists in seven application-oriented institutes in Hebei Province,the coping strategies were proposed in view of the existing problems,and the implementation path of the spiritual cultivation of scientists in application-oriented institutes was given.
