摘要
在百年未有之大变局加速演进、国际形势复杂多变的当下,中俄双方坚守合作初心,保持战略定力,加强战略协作,中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系更加成熟坚韧,两国合作的内生动力进一步显现。中俄两国成功走出了一条大国战略互信、邻里友好的相处之道,树立了新型国际关系的典范。为更加深入了解俄罗斯学者关于进一步发展中俄关系和推进中俄合作的看法,本刊编辑部特邀俄罗斯著名智库俄罗斯科学院知名智库专家举行研讨会,并选择刊发具有代表性的四位专家发言,以飨读者。四位专家分别从国际秩序变革、金砖国家合作、上海合作组织、高科技合作等视角,探讨了中俄合作的重要意义与重要课题。
At a time of accelerated evolution of the profound changes unseen in a century and a complex and variable international situation,China and Russia have adhered to the original intention of cooperation,maintained strategic focus and strengthened strategic collaboration,making Sino-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination in the new era more mature and resilient,and the internal impetus between the two countries has been further manifested.China and Russia have found a path of major-country relations featuring strategic trust and good neighborliness,setting a good example for a new type of international relations.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the views of Russian scholars on the further devel⁃opment of Sino-Russian relations and the promotion of Sino-Russian cooperation,the editorial department of the journal invited prestigious think tank experts from the Russian Academy of Sciences,a well-known Russian think tank,to hold a seminar,and chose to publish the presentations of four representative experts for the benefit of the readers.The four experts discussed the significance and important topics of Sino-Russian cooperation from the perspectives of changes in the international order,cooperation of the BRICS,Shanghai Cooperation Organization and high-tech cooperation.
