摘要
MEC借助5G网络能够发挥重要作用,尤其是在工业互联网场景下。为推动MEC商用落地,ETSI、3GPP等标准组织旨在通过基础技术架构变革满足新业务需求。众所周知,工业业务类型和场景丰富,对MEC来说是极大的挑战,需要MEC至少满足设备管理、QoS感知、融合TSN、边缘AI推理、云网边端协同等能力,以赋能工业核心生产环节;推动标准落地,助力工业智能化升级,是未来的发展方向。
MEC can play a significant role in conjunction with 5G networks,especially in the industrial Internet scenario.In order to promote the commercial landing of MEC,ETSI,3GPP and other standards organizations aim to meet new business needs through fundamental technical architecture changes.As commonly acknowledged,industrial business types and scenarios are diverse,presenting a formidable challenge for MEC.It is imperative for MEC to encompass essential capabilities including equipment management,QoS perception,integrated TSN,edge Al reasoning,and cloud-network side coordination,so as to empower the core industrial production links,promote the implementation of standards,and help industrial intelligent upgrading,which is the future development direction.
