摘要
电化学储能的规模化集群应用是落实“双碳”政策的保障。为实现储能电站集群的高效安全运行,提出一种基于电池状态的储能电站集群双层调度策略。首先,介绍储能电站集群物理结构和通讯架构。其次,建立以荷电状态(SOC)均衡为目标的优化模型,该模型同时考虑了储能单元的电池健康状态(SOH)。最后,通过江苏镇江储能电站集群的算例分析验证所提控制策略的有效性。
Electrochemical energy storage cluster application is a strong support for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral.In order to realize the safe and efficient operation of energy storage station power cluster,a dispatch strategy of battery energy storage station cluster(BESSC)based on battery state is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the physical structure and communication architecture of the BESSC are introduced.Then,an optimization model aiming at state-of-charge(SOC)equalization is established,considering the stateof-health(SOH)of the battery.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by a numerical example analysis of Zhenjiang,Jiangsu BESSC under SOH difference and SOC estimation error.
