摘要
为贯彻落实辽宁省政府关于加快推进冰雪运动发展的指示精神,辽宁省构建了“冰雪辽宁”立体式活动体系。研究结合辽宁省冰雪资源的特色与优势,对“冰雪辽宁”立体式活动体系的文化价值阐释及民俗冰雪文化的定位进行分析,为新发展时期推进辽宁省冰雪文化的建设与发展提供借鉴与参考。提出发掘民俗冰雪文化资源;推动民俗冰雪文化与现代活动有效融合;遵循文化发展规律,促进民俗冰雪文化建设;加强活动体系构成要素与民俗冰雪文化的合作等建设途径。以期通过“冰雪辽宁”立体式活动体系中民俗冰雪文化的建设,为辽宁省民俗冰雪文化的传承与创新提供理想的载体,进而实现辽宁省冰雪运动及冰雪事业的蓬勃发展。
In order to implement the spirit of the Liaoning Provincial Government's instruction on accelerating the development of ice and snow sports,Liaoning Province has constructed a three-dimensional activity system of"Ice and Snow Liaoning".Combining the characteristics and advantages of ice and snow resources in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the cultural value of the three-dimensional activity system of"Ice and Snow Liaoning"and the positioning of folk ice and snow culture,so as to provide reference for the construction and development of Liaoning's ice and snow culture in the new development period.It is proposed to explore the resources of folk ice and snow culture;to promote the effective integration of folk ice and snow culture with modern activities;to promote the construction of folk ice and snow culture by following the law of cultural development;to strengthen the cooperation between the constituent elements of the activity system and the folk ice and snow culture,and other ways of construction.Through the construction of folk ice and snow culture in the three-dimensional activity system of"Ice and Snow Liaoning",in order to provide an ideal carrier for the inheritance and innovation of folk ice and snow culture in Liaoning Province,and thereby achieve the prosperous development of ice and snow sports and ice and snow business in Liaoning Province.
