摘要
寒地经济是高寒地区充分借助纬度优势,开发利用冷凉气候资源所形成的特殊经济业态。我国东北、内蒙古等地区都属于比较典型的高寒区域,为了加快经济转型和推动区域经济增长,这些高寒区域积极探索和创新发展多类型寒地经济,有效赋能特殊区域经济转型发展进程。论文概述了国内外关于寒地经济发展的研究进展,系统归纳了我国寒地经济的主要产业类型,并对产业现状及存在的问题进行了分析,最后提出了我国寒地经济发展的对策建议。
Cold economy is a special economic form formed in high and cold regions by fully utilizing latitude advantages to develop and utilize cold climate resources.Northeast China,Inner Mongolia,and other regions are typical alpine regions.In order to accelerate economic transformation and promote regional economic growth,these alpine regions actively explore and innovate the development of multiple types of cold economy,effectively enabling the economic transformation and development process of special regions.The paper summarizes the research progress on the development of cold economy at home and abroad,systematically summarizes the main industrial types of cold economy in China,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the industry,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cold economy in China.
