摘要
为降低我国水泥产业环境污染及实现建筑垃圾的回收再生利用,通过利用响应面法设计试验优化粉煤灰-矿渣基地聚合物混凝土的配合比,选取再生砖骨料掺量、矿渣比例和水灰比作为自变量,以混凝土的工作性及抗压强度为应变量。经优化后的地聚合物混凝土的水灰比应控制在0.439,矿渣比例为34.6%,再生砖骨料掺量为20%,此时坍落度预测值为180mm,28d抗压强度预测值可达39MPa。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the cement industry in China and achieve the recycling and reuse of construction waste,this paper uses the response surface method to design and opti⁃mize the mix ratio of fly ash-slag based polymer concrete.The dosage of recycled brick aggregate,slag propor⁃tion,and water-cement ratio are selected as independent variables,and the workability and unconfined com⁃pressive strength of concrete were taken as dependent variables.The optimized water-cement ratio for polymer concrete was 0.439,the slag proportion was 34.6%,and the dosage of recycled brick aggregate was 20%.At this point,the predicted slump value was 180 mm,and the predicted unconfined compressive strength at 28 days could reach 39.0 MPa.
