摘要
对失效油管进行失效原因分析,对于防止和减少油管腐蚀失效事故、保证油田正常生产具有重大意义。本论文通过宏观形貌分析、理化检测、微观形貌检测和腐蚀产物分析等检测手段,对某油井油管的腐蚀穿孔进行失效分析。结果表明:该油井井下为H_(2)S和CO_(2)腐蚀环境,在该腐蚀环境中,油管因外壁钳印损伤诱导管体发生严重的局部腐蚀,最终导致油管由外向内产生腐蚀穿孔。
Failure analysis of failed tubing is of great significance to prevent and reduce tubing corrosion failure accidents and ensure normal production of oil fields.In this paper,failure analysis of corrosion perforation of oil well tubing was carried out by means of macroscopic morphology analysis,physical and chemical detection,microscopic morphology detection and corrosion product analysis.The results show that the well is in H_(2)S and CO_(2)corrosion environment.In this corrosion environment,serious local corrosion of the pipe body is induced by the damage of the outer wall of the tubing,resulting in corrosion perforation from the outside to the inside.
