摘要
为了进一步研究高能稠环四嗪的应用性能,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法和真空安定性实验(VST)对3-硝铵基-6-(1H-四唑-5-基)-[1,2,4]三唑[4,3-b][1,2,4,5]四嗪(TATTN)及肼盐(TATTN·N_(2)H_(4))、铵盐(TATTN·NH_(4))和羟胺盐(TATTN·NH_(3)OH)与硝酸酯类含能黏结剂的相容性进行初步研究;采用DSC法对上述相容性好的混合体系的热分解动力学进行研究。DSC研究结果表明,TATTN及其铵盐与硝化棉(NC)均相容;TATTN及其铵盐与吸收药(硝化棉和硝化甘油混合物,NC/NG)均相容;TATTN及其盐与N-硝基二乙醇胺二硝酸酯(DINA)的相容性较差,敏感,不适合使用。VST实验结果表明,TATTN及其铵盐与NC、吸收药相容。由此可见,TATTN及其铵盐能与NC和NC+NG体系相容。利用氧弹量热法测量获得TATTN、TATTN·N_(2)H_(4)、TATTN·NH_(4)和TATTN·NH_(3)OH的燃烧能,进而计算获得生成焓,分别为903.08、1175.76、902.16和1020.6kJ/mol,表明TATTN、TATTN·N_(2)H_(4)、TATTN·NH_(4)和TATTN·NH_(3)OH是具有高的正生成焓的化合物。
To further investigate the application performance of the high-energetic fused ring tetrazine compounds,the compatibility of 3-nitramino-6-(1H-tetrazol-5-ylamino)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazine(TATTN)and its hydrazinium salt(TATTN·N_(2)H_(4)),ammonium salt(TATTN·NH_(4))and hydroxylammonium salt(TATTN·NH_(3)OH)with nitrate ester energetic binders was initially explored by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and vacuum stability test(VST).The thermal kinetics of the mixtures with the better compatible properties were further studied.The DSC results show that TATTN and TATTN·NH 4 are compatible with the nitrocellulose and absorbent(a mixture of nitrocellulose and nitroglycerine,NC/NG);however,TATTN and its salts are incompatible with N-nitrodiethanolamine dinitrate(DINA)which is not suitable for usage.The VST results show that TATTN and TATTN·NH_(4) are compatible with NC and NC/NG.The heat formations of the four fused ring tetrazine compounds,calculated based on the heat of combustion tested by the oxygen bomb calorimetry,are 903.08,1175.76,902.16,and 1020.6 kJ/mol,respectively,indicating that they have high positive heat of formations.
