摘要
绿色金融将资金引导至绿色环保生产领域,有助于经济可持续发展。本文基于2004—2020年中国30个省份面板数据,分别采用SBM方向距离函数与GML指数、熵值法测算各省份绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)与绿色金融发展指数,实证考察了绿色金融对GTFP的影响及作用机制。结果表明:(1)绿色金融能够显著提升全国样本下的GTFP水平;(2)绿色金融对西部地区GTFP的提升作用最大,中部地区次之,东部地区最弱,对东北地区未表现出显著的提升作用;(3)绿色金融能够通过促进产业结构升级、推动技术进步与优化能源消费结构间接促进GTFP提升。基于上述结论,提出完善绿色金融体系、促进绿色金融健康发展,推动各地区制定适宜性的绿色金融发展战略,提高绿色金融产品与服务普惠性,鼓励金融资源流向新能源领域,加速绿色金融与绿色生产融合发展的政策建议。
Green finance directs funds to green and environmentally friendly production and contributes to sustainable economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2020,the SBM directional distance function,GML index and entropy method were used to calculate the green total factor productivity(GTFP)and green finance development index of each province,and the impact of green finance on GTFP and its mechanism were empirically investigated.The results show that:(1)Green finance can significantly improve the level of GTFP in the national sample;(2)Green financeplays the largest role in improving GTFP in the western region,followed by the central region and the weakest role in the eastern region,but does not show a significant role in improving the northeast region;(3)Green finance can indirectly promote the improvement of GTFP by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,promoting technological progress and optimizing energy structure.Based on the above conclusions,this paper putsforward some policy suggestions to improve the green finance system,promote the healthy development of green finance,promote all regions to formulate appropriate green finance development strategies,improve the inclusion of green finance products and services,encourage financial resources to flow to the new energy field,and accelerate the integrated development of green finance and green production.
