摘要
在城乡融合与乡村振兴背景下,为打破乡村旅游同质化现象,该文利用互联网数据对传统村落中式婚庆文旅项目进行了潜在消费者调研和建筑策划研究。通过构建潜在消费者画像,归纳出消费主体对建筑策划的特定需求。在此基础上,以江西省金溪县全坊村为例,提出了基于村落环境保护提升的整体规划,基于婚庆功能改良的空间关系矩阵,基于情感需求的空间场景构想等建筑策划原则。本研究旨在将文化传承与村落更新相结合,探索对传统村落物质空间和精神空间的双重保护与活化利用。
Under the background of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization,internet-based architectural programming of Chinese wedding cultural tourism in the traditional village was explored to break the homogenization of rural tourism.Based on the internet information and data,the segment market and special requirements were analyzed by portraying the potential consumers.Taking Quanfang Village,Jiangxi as an example,we put forward the overall planning based on the protection and utilization of village environment,the spatial relation matrix of a rchitectural function was concluded b ased on the optimization of Chinese wedding part,a nd the space conception of Wedding Cultural Tourism buildings was proposed based on emotional needs of potential consumers.We attempt to explore the protection and utilization of the material space of traditional village as well as its spiritual space.
