摘要
钻井现场吊装作业是普遍且频繁的基本作业之一,也是易出现风险的作业。因其作业地点变换频繁,点多线长,难以监控等特点,安全生产事故时有发生。主要介绍了一种基于领结图(Bow-Tie)分析模型的风险管控方法,通过构建钻井现场吊装作业分析模型,梳理各危害因素形成的事故链路径,分析事故发生原因、事故后果、风险预防及控制措施,有利于提高吊装作业安全管理水平。
The drilling site hoisting operation is one of the common and frequent basic operations,and it is also a risky operation.Because of the characteristics of frequent change of working place,long line and difficult to monitor,accidents often occur in production safety.In this paper,a risk management method based on Bow-Tie analysis model is introduced.By constructing an analysis model of drilling site hoisting operation,the accident link paths formed by various hazardous factors are sorted out,analysis of the accident causes,accident consequences,risk prevention and control measures,is conducive to improve the safety management level of lifting operations.
