准确测量天然气水露点技术应用

摘要 在天然气管输中,水露点的高低直接反映出水分在管道中的凝析条件。如果天然气水露点太高,容易造成液态水在管道中集聚,降低管输效率,严重时会生成水合物从而引起管道堵塞,因此准确测定天然气水露点是非常重要的。本文在明确水露点测试方法及原理基础上,通过现场试验,对比分析两种方法优缺点,证明电解法更适合气质条件复杂的水露点检测,并提出影响微量水分仪检测结果的因素,确保现场检测结果准确可靠。 In natural gas pipeline transportation,the height of water dew point directly reflects the condensation conditions of water in the pipeline.If the dew point of natural gas is too high,it can easily cause liquid water to accumulate in the pipeline,reduce pipeline transportation efficiency,and in severe cases,generate hydrates,which can cause pipeline blockage.Therefore,accurate measurement of natural gas water dew point is very important.On the basis of clarifying the methods and principles of water dew point testing,this article compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods through on-site experiments,proving that the electrolysis method is more suitable for water dew point detection with complex gas quality conditions,and proposes the factors that affect the detection results of trace moisture meters to ensure accurate and reliable on-site detection result.
