摘要
常规的钻井工程中水平钻井提速技术主要使用LWD+螺旋定向组合调整钻进周期,易受水平振动作用影响,导致机械钻速不符合钻井工程标准,因此需要设计一种全新的钻井工程中水平钻井提速技术。即建立井眼压力体系,优化了水平钻井井身结构,再根据钻进特点优选了水平钻井钻具组合,从而有效提高水平钻井钻速。
In conventional drilling engineering,the horizontal drilling speed increase technology mainly uses LWD+spiral directional combination to adjust the drilling period,which is easy to be affected by horizontal vibration,resulting in the mechanical drilling rate does not meet the drilling engineering standards,so it is necessary to design a new horizontal drilling speed increase technology.That is,the borehole pressure system is established,the well structure of horizontal drilling is optimized,and the drilling assembly of horizontal drilling is optimized according to the drilling characteristics,so as to effectively improve the drilling rate of horizontal drilling.
