摘要
基于传热学提供传热理论,通过对芯片产生的废热进行回收利用研究,有助于小型摄像机除雾技术的发展,本文研究了摄像机镜头玻璃区域空气产生雾的机理,以及在热仿真条件下的玻璃温度具体行为,总结了芯片的内部热阻分布;芯片的拓扑关系对镜头加热的机理。
Base on heat transfer theory,heat transfer theory is provided,Research on the recovery and utilization of waste heat generation by the chips is helpful to the development of samall camera defogging technology.in this paper,the mechanism of air fogging in the glass area of camera lens is studied,as well as the specific behavior of glass temperature under the condition of thermal simulation,and the interior of the chip is summarized thermal resistance distribution:the mechanism by which the topological relationship of the chip heat thelens.
