非均质碳酸盐岩储层差异化控流均衡酸化技术 被引量:1

摘要 碳酸盐岩气井普遍具有储层非均质性强、产层段长且常采用裸眼或筛管方式完井的特点,因此实施针对性、差异化、均衡酸化,是提高碳酸盐岩气藏酸化效率、降低储层改造成本,提高单井产量的关键。为此,以中国石油在土库曼斯坦实施的目前我国最大的阿姆河右岸天然气勘探开发项目为例,在建立此类气藏的储层非均匀伤害模型、酸蚀蚓孔及酸化产能分形计算模型的基础上,通过差异化酸化工艺协同,形成了差异化控流均衡酸化技术。研究结果表明:①差异化控流均衡酸化技术描述了碳酸盐岩气井储层非均匀伤害,同时考虑了酸蚀蚓孔分形分布造成的不均匀解堵,更贴近碳酸盐岩酸化实际;②差异化控流均衡酸化技术不仅让目的层段沿井轴的污染情况更直观,还可以针对性地分段开展酸化参数的优化,实现差异化定向解堵作业;③该技术在土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸气田23井次作业后的平均单井日增产气量11×10^(4)m^(3),用酸量仅为常规酸化的30%~60%,现场应用效果好。结论认为,非均质碳酸盐岩储层差异化控流均衡酸化技术是一套适用于强非均质碳酸盐岩气井的气藏地质与工程相结合的一体化新技术,该技术取得了显著的增产效果和经济效益,值得进一步推广使用。 Carbonate gas wells are generally characterized by strong reservoir heterogeneity,long production interval,and open hole or screen pipe completion,so the key to improving the acidizing efficiency of carbonate gas reservoirs,reducing the reservoir stimulation cost and increasing the individual well producing rate is to carry out targeted,differential and balanced acidizing.Taking PetroChina's Right Bank of Amu Darya natural gas exploration and development project which is China's largest natural gas exploration and development project implemented in Turkmenistan as an example,this paper establishes an heterogeneous reservoir damage model of this kind of gas reservoir,and a fractal calculation model of acidizing wormhole and acidizing productivity.Based on this,a differential flow control and balanced acidizing technology is developed by coordinating different acidizing methods.And the following research results are obtained.First,the differential flow control and balanced acidizing technology describes the heterogeneous reservoir damage of carbonate gas well,while considering the uneven damage removal caused by the fractal distribution of acidizing wormholes,so it can reflect the carbonate acidizing more accurately.Second,the differential flow control and balanced acidizing technology not only shows the damage situations of the target interval along the well axis more intuitively,but also optimizes the acidizing parameters specifically section by section,so it can realize differential directional damage removal.Third,after this technology is applied 23 well times in the Right Bank of Amu Darya Gas Field in Turkmenistan,the average daily gas production per well increases by 11×10^(4)m^(3),and the acid consumption is only 30%-60%that by conventional acidizing,indicating remarkable field application results.In conclusion,the differential flow control and balanced acidizing technology for heterogeneous carbonate reservoirs is a new gas reservoir geology-engineering integrated technology suitable for strong-heterogene
