摘要
为探明褪黑素对植物镉胁迫的影响,以中豌6号为试验材料,开展了镉胁迫下叶面喷施褪黑素对豌豆生长、光合特性、抗氧化酶活性、镉吸收及转移的影响研究。结果表明,镉胁迫显著抑制豌豆的生长,叶面喷施褪黑素可以显著缓解镉胁迫的伤害,促进豌豆生长,增加SPAD值、改善光合性能,提高抗氧化酶活性,并且显著降低豌豆幼苗不同部位的镉含量。与无镉胁迫、不喷褪黑素相比,喷施褪黑素Cd生物富集系数和转运系数分别降低37.50%和16.89%。叶面喷施褪黑素可以降低豌豆幼苗的镉吸收,缓解镉胁迫的伤害。
In order to investigate the effect of melatonin on cadmium stress in plants,the effects of foliar spraying of melatonin on pea growth,photosynthetic characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity,cadmium absorption and transfer under cadmium stress were studied with Zhongwan 6 as experimental material.The results showed that cadmium stress significantly inhibited the growth of pea.Foliar spraying of melatonin could significantly alleviate the damage of cadmium stress,promote the growth of pea,increase SPAD value,improve photosynthetic performance,increase antioxidant enzyme activity,and significantly reduce the cadmium content in different parts of pea seedlings.Compared with no cadmium stress and no melatonin spray,the bio-concentration factor and translocation factor of Cd in pea seedlings under spraying melatonin reduced by 37.50%and 16.89%,respectively.Foliar spraying of melatonin can reduce the cadmium absorption of pea seedlings and alleviate the damage of cadmium stress.
