摘要 布里渊显微镜因为其无标签、非接触的特性在活体成像方面展现出巨大的潜力。自诞生至今,已在细胞、组织、角膜等生物样品的力学测量中展现出独特的优势。回顾了布里渊显微镜技术的发展历程,对目前几种主要的布里渊显微镜进行原理分析和发展综述,并对其未来发展做出了展望。 The Brillouin microscope has shown great potential for in vivo imaging because of its label-free and non-contact nature.Since its inception,it has shown unique advantages in the mechanical measurements of biological samples such as cells,tissues and corneas.The development of Brillouin microscopy technology is reviewed,the principles and the development of several major Brillouin microscope are analyzed and reviewed.And the future development is forecasted.
