摘要
突发事件预警信息,是指可能发生,可能造成严重社会危害,可以预警的自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生、社会安全事件信息。辽宁在十三五期间气象防灾减灾基层工作机构已经逐步健全,灾害防御机制逐渐完善,因此建立了一套较为完整的具有多种预警信息传播渠道的突发事件预警信息发布系统解决部分公众的预警信息接收问题,使我省应对突发公共事件的能力提高一个台阶已经十分紧迫。辽宁省突发事件预警信息一体化发布系统因此得以建设,该系统通过AngularJS组件化前端、核心控制软件等开发以及后台数据库的建设实现辽宁省权威、顺畅、高效的、多渠道突发事件预警确保信息及时、准确发布。
Emergency warning information is information that may occur and possibly cause serious social harm.It can be the warning of natural disasters,accidents,public health and social security events.The grass-roots meteorological work organizations for disaster prevention and mitigation in Liaoning have gradually improved,and the mechanism for disaster prevention has gradually improved.Therefore,it is very urgent to set up a relatively complete set of emergency warning information publishing system with multiple early warning information dissemination channels to solve the problem of receiving early warning information from some public,and to improve our ability to respond to public emergencies.Liaoning Province emergency warning information integration publishing system has been built.The system achieves authoritative,smooth,efficient and multi-type emergency warning channels in Liaoning Province to ensure timely and accurate publication of information through the development of Angular JS component front-end,core control software and background database.
