水工钢闸门局部腐蚀演化特征分析

摘要 为研究水工钢闸门局部腐蚀的演化特征,通过检测构件表面腐蚀概况,采用盐雾试验对镀锌钢板进行试验观察,研究局部腐蚀的形貌特征,建立二维元胞自动机模型,并通过确定相关参数,对局部腐蚀的反应过程进行演化。研究结果表明,局部腐蚀坑会造成钢闸门构件表面穿透或厚度削减,蚀坑内部分产物在孔边堆积,抑制蚀坑在宽度方向上的扩展,蚀坑附近会产生新的点蚀坑洞,但蚀坑深度相对较浅,腐蚀速率缓慢。元胞自动机模型能够模拟腐蚀病害从坑洞萌生到厚坑洞穿透的整个演化过程。 In order to study the evolution characteristics of local corrosion of hydraulic steel gate,salt spray test was used to observe the surface corrosion of galvanized steel plate,study the morphology characteristics of local corrosion,establish a two-dimensional cellular automaton model,and evolve the reaction process of local corrosion by determining relevant parameters.The results show that local corrosion pits can cause surface penetration or thickness reduction of steel gate members,and some products in the pits accumulate at the edge of the holes,which inhibits the expansion of the pits in the width direction.New pitting pits will be generated near the pits,but the pits are relatively shallow in depth and the corrosion rate is slow.The cellular automata model can simulate the whole evolution process of corrosion disease from initiation of pit to penetration of thick pit.
