摘要
目的:探讨骨科金属去伪影技术对人工关节置换术CT检查图像质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月习水县第二人民医院收治的62例人工关节置换术患者为研究对象,均于人工关节置换术后开展CT检查,获得原始数据一组进行骨科金属去伪影技术处理,另一组原始数据不处理,比较两组图像质量、伪影状况。结果:开展骨科金属去伪影技术检查的CT图像质量评分、CT图像伪影评分分别为(1.62±0.23)分、(2.04±0.28)分,低于未开展的(2.59±0.34)分、(3.78±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);开展骨科金属去伪影技术检查的伪影体积、ROI CT值分别为(358.41±36.52) cm~3、(195.85±22.14) HU,低于未开展的(504.58±48.63) cm~3、(638.57±50.47) HU,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工关节置换术患者CT检查过程中开展骨科金属去伪影技术可提高CT图像质量,减少金属伪影的影响,便于临床准确评估人工关节状况,保障手术效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of metal artifact removal technique on the quality of CT images in artificial joint replacement.Methods 62 patients with artificial joint replacement treated in the Second People's Hospital of Xishui County from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.CT examination was carried out after artificial joint replacement.The original data were obtained,one group was processed by orthopedic metal artifact technology,and the other group was not processed.Results The score of CT image quality and the score of CT image pseudo-score were(1.62±0.23)and(2.04±0.28),respectively,which were lower than those without(2.59±0.34)and(3.78±0.45),and the difference was statistically 3 significant(P<0.05).The artifact volume and ROI CT values of orthopedic metal removal technique were(358.41±36.52)cm 3 and(195.85±22.14)HU,respectively,which were lower than those of(504.58±48.63)cm and(638.57±50.47)HU,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic metal artifact removal technology can improve the quality of CT images,reduce the influence of metal artifacts,facilitate the accurate clinical assessment of artificial joint status,and ensure the surgical effect.
