摘要
目的 观察甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫检验法技术的临床诊断价值。方法 以我院就诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者94例为研究对象,研究起止时间2021年11月至2022年12月,所有患者均采用放射性免疫检验法技术检验、化学发光免疫检验法技术检验,观察两种方式甲状腺功能检查结果的差异。结果 放射性免疫检验法、化学发光免疫检验法抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAB)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAB)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化学发光免疫检验法甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_4)水平高于放射性免疫检验法检验水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫检验法甲状腺功能异常检出率高于放射性免疫检验法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫检验法对于甲状腺肿瘤的诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度均较放射性免疫检验法高(P<0.05)。结论 在甲状腺肿瘤生化检验中可以采用化学发光免疫检验法技术,分析患者甲状腺功能相关指标水平,甲状腺功能异常检出率、诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度较高。
Objective To observe the clinical diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumor patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with thyroid tumor in our hospital were selected as research objects,and the collection time was from November 2021 to December 2022.All patients were tested by radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay,and the difference of thyroid function test results between the two methods was observed.Results There was no difference in the levels of anti Thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB)and anti anti-thyroid autoantibodies(TGAB)between radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay(P>0.05).The levels of thyroid hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)in chemiluminescence immunoassay were significantly higher than those in radioimmunoassay(P<0.05).The detection rate of thyroid dysfunction using chemiluminescence immunoassay was higher than that using radioimmunoassay,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of chemiluminescence immunoassay for thyroid tumors were higher than those of radioimmunoassay(P<0.05).Conclusions Chemiluminescence immunoassay can be used in the biochemical examination of thyroid tumors to analyze the level of thyroid function related indicators.The detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of thyroid function abnormalities are high.
