摘要
介绍了磁性、手动和电动3种微创腔镜手术吻合器的国内外发展现状,阐述了微创腔镜手术吻合器在不同微创外科手术中的应用效果,分析了微创腔镜手术吻合器在发展及应用过程中存在的问题及不足,指出了微创腔镜手术吻合器未来应向全电动化、智能化、模块化及可靠度更高的方向发展。
The development status of three types of minimally invasive endoscopic surgical staplers(MIESS)in foreign countries and China were described,including magnetic,manual and electric endoscopic staplers.The application effects of MIESS in different minimally invasive surgeries were described.The problems and deficiencies in the development and application of MIESS were discussed.It's pointed out MIESS should be enhanced in totally electrification,intelligence,modularity and reliability in the future.
